The Rise of Rome and the Roman Republic

On Thurs. 3rd, Nov. and Mon. 7th, Nov. we discussed the rise of the Roman empire. We took notes on the early Roman republic and watch a video on the Romans. We also passed out a small homework assignment that is due next time.

If you were not here, you will need to download the notes and homework assignment from below. You will need to get the notes from a friend in the class to copy. The video will have to be made up by preparing a 1 page report on one of the following topics:

- The Roman Colosseum

- Julius Caesar

- The City of Petra

- The Fort of Bashir, Jordan
